Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how ListingForge, the Amazon A+ Content Generator ("the App", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and handles your information when you use our Shopify application.

Information We Collect

When you install and use the App, we access or store the following:

• Product data: product titles, descriptions, types, tags, option names, and image sizes and alt text. We read this from your store when you generate, and use it only to write your A+ Content. We do not read customer or order data.
• Generated content: the A+ Content we write for you, with the product title it was written for, saved so you can reopen it under History.
• Shop information: your store domain, store name, store contact email, and the session credentials Shopify issues to the App. We use these to authenticate requests and to send you service emails.
• Credits and purchases: your credit balance, a record of each change to it, and the pack, amount and date of each purchase. Payments are handled by Shopify. We never see or store card details.
• Usage records: when you generated content, whether it succeeded, and how much processing it used.
• Feedback: anything you send us through a feedback form or by email.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to generate your A+ Content, keep your credit balance correct, show you your saved results, send service emails about your account, and fix problems.

We do not:

• Sell or share your data with third parties for their own use
• Use your data for advertising
• Use your product data or generated content to train AI models

Emails

We send a small number of emails to your store contact address, such as a welcome message, a check-in, and notices about credits. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all of them.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following service providers, each only for the purpose listed:

• Shopify: authentication, billing, and the store data you choose to generate from. See Shopify's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic: the AI service that writes your content. Product data is sent to it for that purpose only and is not used to train its models. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Railway: hosts the App and its database.
• Resend: delivers the emails we send you.
• Sentry: error monitoring, so we can find and fix faults.

Data Retention

We keep your data while the App is installed. When you uninstall, your session credentials are deleted straight away. When Shopify then asks us to erase your shop's data, which it does 48 hours after an uninstall, we delete your saved content, usage records, credit records, install records and contact details. Purchase records are kept for accounting with your store domain removed, so they can no longer be linked to you.

Your Rights

You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below. We will confirm within 30 days.
